Objective:
Students will write arguments to support claims with clear reasons and relevant evidence.

Students will draw evidence from literary or informational texts to support analysis, reflection, and research.
Warm-Up:
Students will finish filling out their Argument Note Catcher / Writing Assessment (independently)

W.8.1 and W.8.9
Classwork:
Students will begin working in their debate groups to synthesize their arguments/evidence and create the strongest debate possible!
